Then it is time to get your license renewed.  Please complete this short form below. 

Obtaining Your HostID or Registration Number

Prior to submitting a request for a new license, you need to obtain the hostID or registration number from your current license.

Both of these ID’s can be found within your current product license file.

Locate and open your current license file. The default license file location for the DownStream products is:

C:\DownStreamTech\LicenseManager\license.dat

The hostID is a 10 or 12 character string located in the first or second line of the license file. Examples of the license file are shown below with the hostID highlighted in bold.

The Registration number is located at the end of the license file:
Registration Number: 23456

We suggest you copy the hostID (or registration) string from your current license file, then simply paste the string into the appropriate field below.
