System REquirements
In order to run DownStream software products at optimal performance, we recommend the following memory, operating system, and disk space.
Software Requirements
- Windows® 7, Vista, XP, or 2000
- Microsoft® Office 2003 or later
- Internet Explorer 5.0 or later
Virtual Server Update: DownStream Software can only be licensed to Virtual Servers using either (1) a USB hardlock device (also known as "dongles" or "Keys") or (2) an LMBIND host ID which is the Ethernet address for a Windows Server machine that is not installed as a virtual machine.
Hardware Requirements
- Processor: 1GHZ or faster
- Memory: 2 GB RAM
- Disk Space: 400MB available
User Requirements
You must have Administrator or Power User privileges under Windows XP to install a DownStream product. If you have Restricted User privileges you may not be able to install the DownStream product. In this case, please contact your network administrator.
