We recommend the following memory, operating system, and disk
space for optimal performance of DownStream Software.
Software
- Windows® 7, Vista, XP, or 2000
- Microsoft® Office 2003 or later
- Internet Explorer 5.0 or later
- PLEASE NOTE
DownStream Software cannot be licensed to Virtual Servers without the use of a hardlock device (also known as “dongles” or “Keys”).
Hardware
- Processor: 1GHZ or faster
- Memory: 2 GB RAM
- Disk Space: 400MB available
User
You must have Administrator or Power User privileges under Windows XP to install a DownStream product. If you have Restricted User privileges you may not be able to install the DownStream product. In this case, please contact your network administrator.
