DownStream Technologies Announces New Corporate Headquarters

Product line growth fuels need for facility expansion

Bolton, Mass – December 1, 2005 – DownStream Technologies, LLC announced the opening of its new corporate headquarters in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Located in region’s high-tech corridor along Rte. 495, the new facility will house the company’s financial, marketing, sales and R&D operations. Marlborough, Massachusetts, long-known as a hot-bed for high-tech companies, is home to such prestigious names as Hewlett-Packard, Motorola, Mentor Graphics and Synopsys.

“With the introduction of our newest product, BluePrint for PCBs™ and the increase in sales of our industry-standard CAM350®, it became apparent that we needed to expand in order to accommodate the growth of the company,” said Rick Almeida, founder of DownStream. “Our new facility is optimally equipped to help us respond to the needs of our customers, as well being ideally located so we can continue to attract the best talent in the high-tech industry.”

The new facility will allow DownStream to add engineering and support personnel to service the growth of its CAM350® product, now with over 4000 users worldwide. And, as BluePrint for PCBs™ moves from BETA into full-scale release, the company will continue to grow up by adding additional inside sales, support and engineering personnel.

The company expects the move to be complete by early-December 2005. The new address is:
