DownStream Technologies, LLC Signs OEM Agreement with Dynatron Co., Ltd. of Japan

Agreement extends presence of PCB Fabrication Solutions provider and solidifies its reputation as a worldwide leader.

Bolton, Mass – May 26, 2002 – DownStream Technologies, LLC, a leading supplier of PCB Fabrication Flow Solutions, today announced that it has signed an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) agreement with Dynatron Co., Ltd., a leading CAM supplier in Japan. The value and terms of the agreement were not disclosed although the company anticipates the addition of 1000 users during the first phase of the deal.

Under this agreement Dynatron will re-sell DownStream Technologies’ CAM350™ product suite in the Japanese marketplace. CAM350 streamlines the transition of PCB designs into physical PCBs by allowing PCB Designers to correct fabrication errors early in the design process as well as optimizing the fabrication process for PCB Fabricators. In addition, Dynatron will private label the product under the name DynaCam™ and market it with its line of Photo Plotters.
