Problem:
CAM350 is unable to connect to Cadence Allegro
Symptom:
When attempting to "Connect" to Allegro using the Crossprobe Allegro dialog, the message displayed is
"Cannot connect, start Allegro and the DstCAM350() script".
Three Causes / Three Solutions:
1. Allegro is not started. Start Allegro
2. The Allegro Skill script for CAM350 Crossprobing.
Type: "skill DstCAM350()" in the Allegro command window to start the script.
3. The TMP and TEMP environment variable definitions are not the same for
USER and the SYSTEM environment variables in the Control Panel System settings.
Make sure that the TMP variables in USER and SYSTEM environment are the same. Also, make
sure the TEMP variables in USER and SYSTEM environment are the same.
