Description:
There is a known issue when running “Panelization | Create” on databases that
have already been panelized in the Panel Editor. This issue will be addressed in
a future release of CAM350. In the interim, it is advised that one should not run
“Panelization | Create” on databases that have already been panelized in the Panel
Editor. A solution is provided below for the interim. Incorrect results from using
“Panelization | Create” multiple times include Symbol replication.
Please Note: This issue does not affect Panelizing multiple boards either
merged or copied in the CAM Editor.
Solution:
If “Panelization | Create” needs to be run a second time on a database, use File | New
in the Panel Editor first. This will clear any existing panelization info from the database
and allow the user to run “Panelization | Create” again.
