Distribution Network
DownStream distributes its products
world-wide to over 45 different countries using a multi-tiered
distribution strategy. In North America customers are serviced via
DownStream's corporate inside sales as well as North American Value Added Reseller (VAR) network. Overseas the
company relies exclusively on a VAR network.
Our world-wide VAR network allows us to provide localized sales, support,
and marketing to our entire customer base. DownStream has the largest network of resellers and
many of these VARs have been reselling CAM350 since it’s
introduction in 1995 and prior to that with CAM350’s predecessor eCAM
from CAD Solutions.
In addition to it’s VARs, DownStream
has several strategic OEM partnerships for distribution around the world
and continues to explore new partnerships that add value to our software
product line.
Support Strategy
DownStream Technologies offers customer support consisting of phone and field support both direct
from our San Jose office or through our VAR network. Customers can access DownStream support
via phone or e-mail at support@downstreamtech.com.
In addition, DownStream provides continuous bug fix and enhancement downloads of its software as
well as technical application notes.
