DownStream Announces New Corporate Headquarters

New location provides strategic access to customers and value added resellers

Bolton MA, February 19, 2002 –DownStream Technologies, LLC, focused on addressing the growing complexities associated with the fabrication, assembly, and testing of Printed Circuit Boards through innovative Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software solutions, is pleased to announce the grand opening of their new corporate headquarters in Bolton Massachusetts.

On December 28, 2001, DownStream Technologies purchased a source code license for CAM350 and FabFactory software products from Innoveda, Inc, to continue development and support of these two products for the marketplace and their customers.

DownStream’s corporate office will house marketing, sales, manufacturing, and research & development. “Bolton MA will be the hub of our world-wide operations. Technical Support will reside our San Jose office, to ensure quality coverage for our high-concentration of users”, states Richard Almeida, President of DownStream. The New England headquarters gives a central location and close contact for both our North American and European customer base. In addition, DownStream will continue to deliver local technical support through its world-wide network of Value Added Resellers (VARs).

DownStream is focused on software applications that streamline the transition of electronic products from engineering into manufacturing. This includes PCB documentation, Fabrication, Assembly, Test, Work In Process, Quality Management, and web based collaboration.
