To set as a default select
FILE | NEW
FILE | SETUP | PHOTOPLOTTER | SETUP OPTIONS
Check the “convert composite to single layer”
FILE | SETUP | SAVE DEFAULTS
Drill export
Here are screen caps of the preferred NC drill export settings in Cadence Allegro.
By default Cadence Allegro does not produce drill files that match the Excellon format rules. These settings should fix this problem.
